Carrot Cake Mix 1kg
Ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, spice, baking powder, emulsifiers ((E477, skim milk powder)), soya, sodium bicarbonate (E500ii), preservatives (E282), salt, flavouring, stabiliser.

Recipe:
500g carrot cake mix
4 large eggs
200g oil
250g grated carrots
Method
1. Beat eggs using a whisk for 2 min on high speed
2. Add carrot cake mix on slow speed for 2 min
3. Scrape down mixer
4. Add the oil slowly over 2 min on slow speed
5. Add the grated carrots and mix on medium speed for 2 min (pecan nuts optional)
6. Bake for 50-60mins at 170-180 degrees celcius depending on size
